This is a complicated software that requires precise skills that I have. It works as a chain with specially crafted and unique code and that’s why this type of an attack can go undetected.
You only need one not patched vulnerability to be infected, and unfortunately for you – it works that simple.
You were not targeted specifically, but just became one of the quite a few unlucky people who got hacked that day.
All of this happened a few month ago. So I’ve had time to collect information on you.
I think you already know what is going to happen next.
During that time, my software was quietly collecting information about your habits, websites that you visit, searches you do, texts you send.
There is more to it, but I have listed a few reasons for you to understand how serious this is.
For you to clearly understand, my software controlled your camera and microphone as well and it was impossible for you to know about it.
It was just about right timing for me to get you privacy violated.
I’ve been waiting enough and have decided that it’s time to put an end to this.
So here is my offer. I need a consulting fee to delete the media content I have been collecting.
Your privacy stays untouched, if I get paid.
Otherwise, I will leak the most damaging content to your contacts and post it to a public tube for perverts to explore.

Too bad it wasn't Paypal. You could tell them you sent them the amount, but send them an invoice. When they click thinking it's payment, their money's gone.

I'm prone to believe there's a 50 percent chance the email itself is a scam, in which case, you'd be off the hook. However, if they did send stuff about you to your contacts, that's something to weigh too. Depending on what they had on me, I'd about pay them to send it to some of my contacts. Then if my contacts get mad and don't understand, they will likely be more prone to be mad at the person who sent it, I think. And if they do understand, then they just got yet another perspective on my life, leading them to a greater understanding.
My first thought is hell no.
My second thought is to check out that wallet Bitcoin Abuse Database: 1M6JzrEt3VYpjcwvXyy8GwewGTHjv8bTgQ and I find 30 reports so far.

I don't know how to edit a meme, but Swiss cheese does not have holes, they're called eyes.
So I guess fill the cow with eyes or have it leading around a blind guy and call it a seeing eye cow to make your joke accurate.
I've never seen a Swiss cheese blink or look at me.

I'm having some wee brake issues I can't solve so I'm having Discount Tire take a look tomorrow while I'm getting a new tire.
Actually I think I do know what's wrong, I just really would rather it be anything just about anything else than the damn drum brakes.
And why in the hell does this car have drum brakes anyways? Seriously. My '08 Camry had sane person/modern rear brakes, but the '12 xD does not. Did Toyota have a technical glitch or some old engineer who also thinks older cars are safer or some other weird thing that accidentally put them there by some fluke of the universe?
