These questions assume that ghosts exist, which is highly doubtful.1.Have you ever lived in a haunted house with a ghost?

Ah so a "Ghost of the Gaps" approach: if you can't find the explanation, you are invited to attribute it to a ghost.
In the article it states that ghosts are the result of spirit energy. How is this energy observed, measured and determined?
It seems more than just assumed, but also established and characterized. These questions assume that ghosts exist, which is highly doubtful.
For me, the answers are no and no.
From this, I see that it is claimed that these things can affect the physical world. So it would be reasonable to consider that they may be affected in turn by something in the physical.

How can I know something is a ghost and not a time traveler, a visitor from another dimension or something else that is not a ghost?
What is the definition of a ghost and how is it differentiated from something that might seem or appear to be a ghost?
Psychic rather than spirit? Do you know how that has been determined? There must be well-documented and well-established tests for these things that are not being mentioned in the article.

Whose psyche is doing the psychic?
Thank you for all the links. Clearly this Wagner fellow is convinced and has spent a good deal of thought in crafting his explanations. But what is it about these articles that tells me that they are valid explanations of claimed phenomena?

I think you would have a mountain of things to establish well before you can even consider poltergeist as a valid explanation for anything. Perhaps an earthquake is really just poltergeists acting on a grand scale.I don't think you can prove a poltergeist haunting until your right in the middle of one.
I always enjoy your posts by the way. Often I find them thought provoking.1.Have you ever lived in a haunted house with a ghost?
