Actually, No.10 has said that PM cummings was following government guidelines, as confirmed by Durham Police and Crime Commissioner Steve White who said it had been "most unwise" for cummings to have made the journey, "given the whole ethos" of the government's guidance. That copper is obviously a politically correct lefty.
