I don't much care for chocolate, so I'm no aficionado.

Small amounts of really dark chocolate are fun once in a while. But I'd virtually always prefer a really good green salad over dessert.

It's not actually chocolate.
No cocoa.
It's a confectionary made with waste product from chocolate making.

Weirdly, I like dark chocolate, but occasionally get a hankering for white.
