Is this really how a president should answer questions?

Maybe I am wrong, but does not the journalists ask a fully legal questions toward the American president here?
And listen to his answers.

Terrible way to answer, but I must admit the question is pretty stupid: pointlessly accusatory and vague. It's the sort of virtually unanswerable "custard pie" question I really hate in journalism.

Well obviously the clip doesn't show the reporters full question.

I am most interested in how Trump calling names toward the journalists when they ask questions that he does not like. Honestly, he sounds like a 4-year-old child who does not get what he wants or get corrected, and he gets bad moody.
I don't speak of his politics anymore, only about how he treats other people who become his "enemy"
I looked a little into former presidents under press conferences, and I can not find one who answers like trump or is treating people as bad as he does.

I watched it live. This reporter is historically hostile to Trump. This was another case of Gotcha being played.

This President, for good or for bad, doesn't just smile at hostile reporters, he just tells them how he feels. They seem to feel that they can report anything they want, however they want, and the President can't hurt their feelings.

The network from which this this reporter comes spends 24 hours a day criticizing Trump, including nasty lies. They are, in essence, an adjunct to the democrat party.

He doesn't like it, he tells them so.

I say to you, so what?

It is this video I posted i discuss, so asking a legal question as he does in the beginning of the video, should not be asked? or should the president of America actually be honest and tell the people that, Yes we do have a crisis on our hand? Everyone knows now that corona kills people and that it spreading like fire in dry grass. Why can not Trump just say it and be done with it, and do something about it?

Learn to expect belligerence and evasion from T-rump. And he's actually running for re-election?
AND this is who you voted for? The pit is truly bottomless.

Yes, I live in Norway. But if you don't know, Bad decisions from the American president do actually affect our life here too. And I want the best for the American people. Honestly, I do not think Trump as a person is the best you guys can have.
And I thought it was the British who were masters of understatement! ;)

I agree it was an emotionally based question presented by the reporter with no real 'meat' in how it was asked.

I don't think Trump should have responded that way by saying he was a bad reporter outright, I think it would have been better served for Trump to suggest to have people redirect their fear into affirmative action and doing their part to help get through this. A lot like people did in World War II although it's not a hostile enemy that we are combating, but rather a hostile virus.

I could think of many potential candidates that could be better than Trump.

Personally I was really hoping Colin Powell would have ran but I respect his decision not to.

The problem we're having on this side of the pond is our selection hasn't been very good these past few decades.

Just re-elect him then. Imbecile nation's problem solved, and expectations fulfilled.
