Satan is one of G-d's angels in my faith so it ignores nothing. This argument ignores the existence of Satan and his effects on mortality.

Ouch. What religion are you so I know which one to avoid?Satan is one of G-d's angels in my faith so it ignores nothing.
Part of mainstream Judaism. It was Christianity that made Satan evil.Ouch. What religion are you so I know which one to avoid?
Happy birthday!
Interesting.Part of mainstream Judaism. It was Christianity that made Satan evil.
Jews don't believe in Satan as a devil like Christians do. They don't even have a comparable figure to the devil. This argument ignores the existence of Satan and his effects on mortality.

God's opinions, as found in the Bible, don't wash with reality. They don't even wash with the Jewish god.I believe you r opinion doesn't wash with God.
Lucifer and the name devil don't exist within Judaism. I am unsure about Beelzebub.Interesting.
Do you guys believe that Satan, Lucifer, the devil and Beelzebub are the same being?
Beelzebub is one of the gods worshiped by neighboring tribes and city-states of the Jews. Sorta like Baal. Or the Golden Calf/bull worship. They undoubtedly were aware of him, but in my studies I haven't found a Jewish origin of this one. He wasn't made into a demon or devil until Christians came along.Lucifer and the name devil don't exist within Judaism. I am unsure about Beelzebub.
This is ringing a bell. Like I knew it, but super forgot.Jews don't believe in Satan as a devil like Christians do. They don't even have a comparable figure to the devil.
Isn't Lucifer mentioned in Isaiah?Lucifer and the name devil don't exist within Judaism. I am unsure about Beelzebub.
A dome is round on the bottom. A disc is round. Any other shape and the dome won't fit. Or, if the dome is much bigger, it would fit over an orb, but there would be no sky on the opposite side of the orb from the apex of the dome.
Nope. Earth must be disc-shaped for a dome to fit properly.
Only in poorly translated Bibles as the name Lucifer originates from Latin.Isn't Lucifer mentioned in Isaiah?
No. A Babylonian king is being compared to planet Venus, known as the morning star or light giver, since it is visible in daylight. Light giver in Latin is lux fer or lucifer. This word does not exist in Hebrew.Isn't Lucifer mentioned in Isaiah?
I never knew that until I began studying the Left Handed Path, and traced the origins and histories of the characters and figures. It an interesting study though, one which reveals, frankly, that Christians probably didn't know much about Judaism as they set out to make the Bible, and not a damn thing about the people and religions of other peoples mentioned in the Tanakh, but they heavily demonized them anyways. Most of those "demons and devils," including Satanic entities, weren't even evil beings until the Bible came along. Who knew it would be so boring and a whole bunch of nothing to study the "Devil?"No. A Babylonian king is being compared to planet Venus, known as the morning star or light giver, since it is visible in daylight. Personally I see being transsexual as a medical condition or a birth defect of sorts. I'm not really proud of it and just wish my body and mind were in alignment. I don't think of it as spitting in the face of God (I love God even if I don't understand Him/Her), but as treating a medical condition. If the Resurrection is true, I pray that God will have mercy on me and other transsexuals.
Hormones don't seem to have much to do with it in the macro. People who are trans don't usually have hormone deficiencies and people who aren't, like women who have high androgen hormones from PCOS, don't have higher cases of gender dysphoriaGod has never condemned the sinful human.....only the actions that sinful humans may commit. He teaches us how to overcome that condition in order to live in such a way that upholds his moral standards.
God himself declared to Moses..."...the Lord God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in loving kindness and truth; 7 who keeps loving kindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished..." (Exodus 34:6-7)
He understands better than anyone the way we are put together. In the new world that he foretold, (2 Peter 3:13) everything will be made right. No one will be anything other than what they truly meant to be.
When you think of the amount of hormones there are in what we eat, is it any wonder that gender identities get interfered with? Human sinfulness takes on many forms.....we do not have to give in to it.
It's been going on WAY before modern society. And you have no idea how painful and tormenting it is trying to be someone you just are not. It's devastating enough to destroy your desire and will to live. When you think of the amount of hormones there are in what we eat, is it any wonder that gender identities get interfered with? According to many that would mean I would be a male in this "new world." Please leave me out, destroy me for all eternity, whatever else god can throw at me, it would be a walk in the park compared to having to be male again. He understands better than anyone the way we are put together. Like most things it's probably way more complicated than meets the eye, and not reducible to 'nurture' over 'nature.'
