What are your beliefs on the creation of Earth in "Theistic Satanism/Spiritual Satanism"

I've had a few "run-ins" with rude members on this site, specifically about how I word my questions and quote certain things. I'm just doing my very best to ask this question, so I can include most religious branches about Satanism, because I want to know what a lot of you believe in. I know there are quite a few different branches affiliated with Satanism, so I apologise if this post has incorrect terms. I understand that to most, theistic Satanism and spiritual Satanism is more of an umbrella term for smaller religious factions or branches, but I want to know, what is your religious affiliation/branch? What does your branch of "Satanism" believe about the creation of Earth or humans? Meaning, how and why are we here? What's our purpose, if we have one. Is "Satan", or whomever it is you worship/serve the creator or was he created by another? Also, can you cite any information on where you learned this, such as reputable sites and books? It is greatly appreciated, as I'm trying to learn as much as I can about theistic/spiritual satanism.

Most Satanists religious or not have no creation beliefs so to speak. The information isn't available, so "unknown" is the answer.

The question isn't answered in the easy -Jehovah +Satan sense, nor does it really need to be. Questions like: "Who created Satan" are nearly impossible to answer for obvious reasons as well. Satanists (religious) don't posit that he is the all-father nor that other gods do not exist and may not have had a part in the totality of creation or even his own metaphysical birth, so to speak. The value proposition for a theistic Satanist is in the relationship between them and their deity, the principles he represents (in their view), and what that means to them personally. If I were to speak in a metaphorical sense, most religions have a shepherd-flock model, whereas everyone in Satanism (religious) is their own Priest/Priestess.

It's also somewhat strange to look at these arguments in terms of purpose -- as someone must claim to be the creator to be revered. Obviously, after some thought it seems foolish -- creation is generally too vast to be the product of one being, if we were looking to attribute it someone. It's simply a case of the math being bad...
