I know in the courts we have an assumption of innocence until proven guilty; however, that does not really hold in the public opinion. So we are only talking about opinions here, which should still be supported by evidence but nonetheless an opinion. So in your opinion, considering what we know, is Trump a criminal?

At this point, there is not enough evidence to suggest that he is. What crime do you think he is guilty of?

I never actually said I thought he was guilty of any crimes. I am trying to get a feel for what other people think. That is why I have not voted in the poll.

You seem to have missed the point of the poll. It is not asking you what other people think; it is asking what YOU think.

Only if he's convicted of anything. So far it's clear he's not a criminal.

Personally I think trump is a criminal who colluded with foreigners to win the election or in the least knew who/what they were doing and liked/did not expose them for self serving reasons. In short, Trump is guilty; to the point of a treasonous act.

So yes; trump IS guilty

I stand corrected, one is innocent until proven guilty. But in my view, from all the evidence that has now become public, if I were on the jury; I would vote GUILTY of all charges.

Trump believes that he stands above the US law. So in his own eyes he is not a criminal. He has done plenty that would have put others in jail for life if I can believe the newspapers. The #MeToo movement, many got in trouble, not Trump, though he publicly announced "I GrabbedThem@TheKitten and they liked it". I guess Trump stands above the US Law, so then he is not a criminal and can get away with anything. Lying as a president is a crime. So he is a bit guilty of that also. I think he is guilty of so many crimes that once they start this investigation it will take centuries to work it out.

Before you have had the charges read or even looked at the evidence presented? Instructive.

Trump had to deal with the New York mafia, because what successful real estate developer in NYC during the 80's didn't get along with these mobsters?

By the way, even if Trump were found guilty of some criminal activities, he could just grant himself a presidential pardon. Right?

Yes, albeit an as yet unconvicted criminal. His instincts are antisocial, he has no respect for the law or the truth, and he is surrounded by criminals, many of whom have already pleaded to crimes or have been convicted of them. Honest people don't choose criminals to run their campaigns, head the NSA, etc..

What crime do you think he is guilty of?

Election tampering, money laundering, tax evasion, charities fraud, illegal campaign payoffs, obstructing justice, and emoluments violations

If he is a criminal he can pardon himself.

Its a constitutional power. The only way to stop a president who breaks laws is by means of impeachment by congress, and if the supreme court does not deem the offense to be impeachable then even the impeachment can be overturned.

I have my doubts a president can actually pardon himself/herself, but that notion aside: Won't he have to be a criminal before he could pardon himself?
