''omniscient'' isn't actually directly in the bible. it's more of an understanding.
perhaps. but isn't it logical that God knows his creations? If it's not made mention in the Bible, then you can not add to, what is not there, otherwise you would people adding to and delateing from the bible.
So it stands as is, there is no where in the Bible that claims God as being all knowing or omniscient. As people would like.

perhaps ''searching the heart'' is simply evaluation. If you study, you would find, that God searches the hearts to see whether there is good or bad.
Now if God knows all things, Then why would God need to search the heart, to see whether there is good or bad in the heart ?
Which God would already know, without searching the hearts.
Foreknowledge is Biblical. There are several verses that attest. Post #9, for example gives several.
Why not take a few verses, from Post # 9, and explain briefly for each, why they are not describing foreknowledge?

it is described as such because of humans. he ''waits'' for people to act first. our decisions and actions must take place first. You are so bound and determined, to defeat what is so plain to see

WE don't know beforehand what is to happen. it's people who want evidence.that means God does not know beforehand what is to happen

you die, and you meet God, and he tells you, you are evil. you ask ''what did I DO?'' . and God will respond ''nothing. I just foresaw that you might do evil''. that's not how it works. you gotta ACT first. when God asks you ''what did you do'' you will know the answer.Well that's why people have the bible, to let them know what is to happen beforehand, that's quite obvious.

you act first, then YOU know. That's right, you act first, then God knows,
