Clearly a wolf, as having a pack mentality as an inherited trait is clearly the only plausible explanation as to how I turned into such a "together we rise higher" type of Communist rather than a selfish Randian sort of Libertarian. And I've always felt a deep inner spiritual attraction towards wolves, and have always had an affinity for their cousin, canis familiaris.
Clearly, you could never be a wolverine or badger.

Nope. I just don't have the temperament for it. Not unless someone tries to mess with my pack, then that temperament of those two looks nice and docile and friendly, and really about the only time I consider ruining someone's life.
About ~124 - 80 million years ago primates evolved from supra-primates.
About ~124 - 125 million years ago supra-primates evolved from placental mammals, which evolved from proto-mammals.
Proto-mammals appeared ~308 million years ago.

First, there is overwhelming evidence that humans have been around much longer than any Biblical version would explain, and of course no evidence for a flood on the Biblical scale,.
Voluntary ignorance of the science of evolution and the basic sciences of biology would a blind Theistic agenda will leave you clueless.

Those which are now extinct as they have morphed into modern humans...
They do not morph, they evolve. Butterflies morph from caterpillars, life evolves over time into a diversity of species adapted to different environments,

How do you get *that* conclusion? The answers were fairly specific, with dates. Do you want specific species?

Homer evolution true. Actually it's a great summary of how evolution has worked over the millennia. It's a little more complicated of course since many of us are part neanderthal.
. . . and a hybridization of at least several more subspecies.

We all come from a common ancestor referred to as Hominidae that existed about 13 million years ago.
That includes all species of primate including chimps and apes, as well as modern humans.
