Would Germany and Japan have won WW2 if the USA stayed out of the war?

This is a 100% certainty. Even ignoring the contributions that the US made on the ground and in the air, the US supplied weapons, funds, food, and pretty much every other essential to the allies. Russia and Britain wouldn't have been able to fight for very long without those supply chains from the US.

I doubt they would have won World War Two. It would have been probably called something else.

It was called "the second world war" before the US joined in.
How? Japan was in an even worse situation than the Reich.

The answer is clearly "no" as the western Europeans simply were no match for the Germans. Had the war been delayed even one year, the Germans are believed to have been able to produce nukes, plus they had delivery systems with their superior planes and with the "V" series rockets they were producing.

The only reason the Allies won the war is because America had way more soldiers...the Axis powers had superior soldiers, superior technology (save for the nuclear bomb) etc. Also, positioning is a factor. Germany was inconveniently located between Britain, France, and Poland.
I'm not quite sure. I think not, but even if they did that would ultimately mean fairly little overall. Such conflicts unavoidably consume themselves.
Actually, I agree with your post above.
It would no longer be called WWII. Both countries would be celebrating their liberation days or Glorious Victory days or something.

I think Hitler would have won the war if the U.S. opted not to get involved overseas.
It's ironic that the winning edge for the allies came from defected Nazi scientists of which we capitalized on to help defeat Hitler. Everyone was hurting pretty bad in Europe. Hitler had superior technology but limited resources. Thank god Hitler didn't produce fighter jets or we would likely be under his jackboots now.
Opening up two fronts was a critical mistake, and U.S. intervention (better late than never) coupled with the atomic bomb proved too much for the Nazis to handle. Good for the allies.
