Can science disprove the existence of God?

Before or after it explains the morality surrounding the beating of your slaves? ;)

Regarding prayer, I know what you're going to say...the OT tells us we're not supposed to pray for material things, that God doesn't act like a genie granting wishes. I've heard it before. But you must realize that a huge number of religious people claim their prayers were answered in this fashion, right? Everyone has a story about how they prayed to God and he healed their cancer (but never their severed arm) saved them from dying in the car accident, or whatnot. Russell Wilson said God told him why He made Russell throw the Super Bowl losing pass.

So all these millions of religious people every day claiming God answered their prayers to cure them of cancer...are they lying?

It seems your second paragraph is answered by you.I see nothing I can add.

That's the answer to the question "why are we here?" Because we wish to be? The universe is here at our whim?
We are the consciousness that we think of. There is one evolving consciousness. Thoughts wish to be free, and we are those thoughts. All is one developing mind. We wish to be free. Ultimately, 'it' wishes us to be complete. There is one consciousness to each universe, one evolving mind. That which is incomplete will come round again. It is a long process.

Right, but what of the follow up question?

You're saying the reason there is no difference in the survival rate in cancer patients who pray to be healed vs. the survival rate in cancer patients who don't pray to be healed, is because God is not a genie and we're not supposed to pray for things like that.

So then what about the extremely common phenomenon of religious people anecdotally claiming they they WERE healed due to their prayers to God? Are they lying or mistaken?

Why do you respond to him?

He's just pretending to be a child, forcing his way into your mind, toying with your sexual energies. Each response you give to him is feeding his child-ego, making him laugh harder, shake in his perversity, spit, and whatever else he does in his evil pervasiveness. Respect Thy Enemy.

He just lawfully makes fun of you in this post, he even makes fun of cancer, but where it supports his belief. It's a game of "who's who?". You're the one caring about cancer, he's the one pretending to; you're the one being ignorant, he's the one pretending to; etc. He is you, in his mind, if you respond to him, you are him. Don't lose the 'game of jokers', like that; it's easy to win!!! You just need a bit of wisdom.

Sometimes things have to be said...we are all part of one consciousness and others might be listening...it is a greater thing than we can imagine

There is a possible depth to your belief that can be used to your and our species advantage...

Wisdom! Do you have it?

If not, then, I think, you should be ashamed of whom you worship.

But as God says you will find no evidence of me, then it is unlikley that they would find any PHYSICAL evidence of something METAPHYSICAL anyway.

It is a stupid argument to think that if we, mere man, look real hard, we would see some toe sticking out from below a curtain....because that is effectively what they are doing.
But that's precisely what the theists need for their beliefs to be justified.

Any rational justification for theism would be within the scope of science. Any justification for theism that's outside the scope of science is just guessing or making stuff up.

Certain opinions are falsifiable. For example, "It will rain tomorrow" can be proven false. On the contrary, "I think it ought to rain tomorrow" cannot be proven wrong. The latter assertion is unscientific. It has no meaning for science.

Like the difference between "there is a God" or "there ought to be a God". It's the opposite of ironic though, to know that the vast majority of people who believe in God also believe there should be God, and people who don't believe in God, don't believe there should be a God. The only exception I know of is S.E. Cupp.

Cubic Science is out of the scope of Atheism, apparently, even when justification is presented they refer back to their Academic Science. Is an Atheist thus, alongside 'lack of belief in God', 'full belief in Academia'? It seems so...

Are you not supporting Academia, (and the other Atheist @Demonslayer), in your post?

(You are doing both these things but you are saying different; and you're playing the game by Academic-rulings, where they seem to cancel out your actions, and your non-belief is unrelated, apparently.)

There is no hostility in this post, unless calmness is your enemy and you see it as a threat...

Not so. But it might appear that way to a non-initiated.

I haven't really been following Demonslayer's posts in this thread. Just so you know, though: atheists don't have to agree on everything.

"Academic-rulings"? Please don't put words in my mouth.

You don't know what Cubic Science is?

It's simply wordlessness, where points {i.e. "."}, are cubes {i.e. a sphere--can't be described with words, hence, wordlessness; a sphere, of which, can be divided into '4 quadrants--and understood by way of 4-quadrant-division ("[ ]" around the "O"; or cube around a sphere).

If the cubic math above does not make sense to you please refer to what's below:
(I don't need to know if you're confused, I need to know what you're confused about, exactly).

Sunrise, Sunset, Midday, and Midnight occur simultaneously; which proves Cubic Science is the truthful science.

The question is NOT "What about 11:00, 11:01, etc"?

But rather,

Why not put a cube around the Earth when these 4 time-points occur simultaneously?

Was this a response to my post? I don't get it. I'm asking about people who claim God healed their cancer due to their prayers, even though we can show the act of prayer doesn't increase or decrease the odds of dying from cancer.

That is a lame argument though. Do you seriously think he can stop the world turning for you?
Well, according to Christian literature he had no problem doing it for Joshua, right?

Consciousness evolves how it does...we are part of it. And the God of this aeon will not listen to those not close to him.
Who is the God of this Aeon? When did this aeon start? How do you know that there is a god at all? And how can you make judgement calls about who he listens to or doesn't listen to?
