ask me about Islam

well this question had an answer from prophet muhammed (pbuh), he says that if this question comes to your mind then its from the devil (the devil does that to you to make you think of a doubt) so he tells us to avoid thinking of this question. i think that even the whole world thinks of that question,so this is the answer: just avoid it

If I'm not mistaken, the Koran commands Muslims to read the Gospels, Psalms, and Torah. Why don't Muslims follow those commands more often?

no i don't think that quran commands that, because We Muslims Believe That Islam and the quran are complete to the christianity and The Bible, The Torah and Judaism and other abrahamic religions, note that when allah sent Moses His People believe him for a while and then they Change It For What They Want To, and the same thing for christians, etc..until god sent muhammed (PBUH) with the quran and in the correct bible and torah it says that a prophet is going to be sent with the name of ahmed which is one of Prophet Muhammed's Names, so when the jews read this. They Told The arabians In Medina That When This Prophet Is Going To Be Sent He Is Going To Be From Them Like Moses and Jesus (PBUT) But He Came From The Arabs So They Erassed That From The Torah, and allah told us that quran is never going to be changed and he will protect it.

* Koran Sura 32:23. We did indeed aforetime give the Book (Torah) to Moses: be then NOT IN DOUBT of its (The Torah) reaching (THEE): and We made it a Guide to the Children of Israel.

"And if thou wert in doubt as to what We have revealed unto thee, then ask those who have been reading the book from before thee..." (Surah 10, Yunus, verse 94).

* “Lo! We did reveal the Torah, wherein is guidance and a light” (Surah 5:44a).

* “And We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, confirming that which was (revealed) before him in the Torah, and We bestowed on him the Gospel wherein is guidance and a light, confirming that which was (revealed) before it in the Torah - a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off (evil)” (Surah 5:46).

* “It is He Who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Law (of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus) before this, as a guide to mankind, and He sent down the criterion (of judgment between right and wrong)” (Surah 3:3).

* “And be not thou of those who deny the revelations of Allah, for then wert thou of the losers” (Surah 10:95).

Why do Muslims doubt the accuracy of the Bible when their sacred book says otherwise?

Please People don't ask any question untill ther previous question is answered.

Junglej25: okay that verse is true but does it command us to read the bible and torah? no, the meaning is: if you (Prophet Muhammed) are not sure that you are the prophet than ask the people of the book (Christans, jews) meaning that you are written to be the prophet in the bible and torah as i just said in the prevoius post :until god sent muhammed (PBUH) with the quran and in the correct bible and torah it says that a prophet is going to be sent with the name of ahmed which is one of Prophet Muhammed's Names)) and btw, there are many muslims reading the bible just to have more expireince and science about religions.

YmirGF: Not Just Prophet Muhammed Has A Proof.Even Me and Many Muslims Who know That,

- your bible says (no offend) that the earth is square and it is not as you see and this is written untill now.

it is in Ezekiel (7-2)

Please show me the "correct" Bible. The Bible is the same as it was in the time of Muhammed

So... you don't have any evidence or proof. That's telling.
For the record, I am not a Christian, so please don't bother with the "your" bible nonsense.

You might be reading that Ezekiel passage too literally. The Bible is not a scientific book and doesn't present itself in such a way

WHAT???! Hey Don't you say god never does fault and knows everything?! we all do! then why would god says something wrong Huh? and you didn't check the bernaba gospel and i am sure you didn't...

i already wrote the proof.... ezkiel (7-2)?? or are you just trying to defend with ((nothing))
Are you seriously suggesting that this passage implies the world is square? You MUST be joking. It is a figure of speech and is not meant literally. Non-English speakers may find that confusing.
King James Bible said:
7:1 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
7:2 Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land

English??? first Of All The Bible Wasn't In English at the first! and it isn't me who's joking.and i didn't write the bible! and not god or jesus who wrote the nowadays Bible! Humans Did That, It's Clear! But your just being ignorant because you have that cultural Thing! ((Why Would we christians convert to islam and it is from arabia and it's massenger is arabian! You Say That Right!!! but islam is for the world as you see that islam is spreading in Europe and that's the truth walking and you see it with your own eyes!

Good lord. well its reassuring to know that Muslims are as literal about the Bible as they are about the Qur'an.
I can't imagine that Jews and Christians who have read such passages for centuries ever took them to mean just that. 'the four corners of the earth' is figure of speech.
