Is it supposed to?
I think the list speaks for itself.
Yeah. Describing fascist governments.
A couple currently-existing governments have some of these characteristics, but I don't know of any besides North Korea that has all of them. (And even then, I'm not 100% sure.)
Most of those are applicable to ANY government especially including Socialist regimes.
Really?
Cause... I couldn't find a single one of these that apply to Norway, Denmark or Sweden.
All of which are socialist 'regimes'. :sarcastic
I found this very informative. Let me know if it answers the question of who is acting like a fascist.

Give me a reason why I should give two hours of my time to watch a movie I know virtually nothing about. Which country is it talking about?
Reason #1 If you watch this movie,(and believe me, it is very good, reason #2), you will know about it. As for the two and a half hours, you let me know if it was worth it. I thought it was and wanted to share it with you and others.
You can't just give me a summary?
I was assured that Citizen Kane was the best movie ever made, and I found it EXTREMELY boring.
Sorry Riverwolf, that wouldn't be fair for those who want to watch it. I hope you'll come back and tell me you like the movie. If not, my apologies.
Spoiler tags?There are spoiler tags.
Spoiler tags?
And of course the USSR, China, Vietnam, and North Korea don't apply either. Or Zimbabwe.
I wouldn't be so quick to call Denmark and Sweden and Norway the same kind of "Socialist" as well. Social Democrat maybe.
At the top of the respond post is a show/hide button, which does this:
