Consider who you're talking to. Women are to be considered nothing more than mere receptacles for the All-Powerful Magnificent Sperm. And that the "only" reason for clitoral stimulation/vaginal lubrication is to make sure penetration by the All-Powerful Magnificent Sperm Transporter isn't painful.

so what's left? orgasms can be defined in connection with ejaculation, and since woman don't ejaculate- female orgasm doesn't exist. (squirting is medically not ejaculation)
you have not given a single one distinction which would make those essentially different. whereas i have given you a perfectly rational division of sexual activities into two types, and these two are the same type. so, yep, they are "pretty much the same thing".
