I am having judjit issues. Premature judging. Getting one judjit instead of the one I'm after. Bar disappears. The world is going down the toilet. Dogs and cats living together. Clearly the Apocalypse is upon us.

I'm in discussion with Beko the manufacturer of the dryer I just had delivered. I need a serial number to register it but there is no compliance sticker in the place indicated. I've sent them photos of every square inch of it and now they want photos of the bottom. I replied by saying if you want to see the bottom send someone here because I can't lift it and take photos. I await their response.

Their reply....

"Hi John,

It's odd that there's no compliance sticker in there.
Can you please check on the sides or the back of the machine?"

Done that and they have pictures! I'm unsure of my next move.

More infinite stupidity!!

Is it a language barrier, or are they being intentionally frustrating in hopes you'll buzz off?

What's the benefit of registering it? Warranty?

A 5 year warranty instead of 2. The lady has an accent but by call centre standards she's a joy to communicate with.

This dryer serial number is becoming a triple kerfuffle. I'm being ping ponged between the manufacturer and the retailer who both claim it isn't their responsibility.
