My "short" favourite would be my Animals As Leaders playlist, who are by far and away my favourite rock band.
My "long" favourite would be my Ultimate Classical playlist - 74 hours of composers such as Scriabin, Bacewicz, Berg and Hindemith.

Mosty late 60s early 70s various genres of rock plus some later stuff i like.
Quite a lot of blues from very early to now
Some R&B and the more enjoyable rap
A smattering of classical.
A little jazz
A touch of Avant Garde
And gregorian, often with a rock tint to it.
Some selected folk.

I think that's about it.

Over the years i have amassed over 10,000 peaces to my various lists.

Of the many playlist I have made and keep around, probably the ones I play most often are the Be Good Tanyas, Taj Mahal, Soul Coughing, Billie Eilish, Gillian Welsh, and mixed funk, or mixed "world" music. I have a lot of global "world music" artists like Angelique Kidjo, Tinariwen, Ali Farka Toure, Archie Roach, and Zap Mama (and many others).

I've got a playlist on Spotify that has Anthrax, Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera... as well as some grunge mixed in: Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, some Nirvana...

(Anthrax and AiC are the two best bands to ever exist imo)
