You Are Going to Die(t)

every time I turn around there's a new ….DON'T

don't eat this.....or that

so...list your diet briefly
and name the one item you avoid most

if you happen to be really sensitive to a certain chemistry
that item would be very interesting

I like Verdi wine
but it has sulfites

not sure what that means
not sure if it hurts me
but it's on the label as an ingredient (warning)

Diet: For Breakfast and Lunch: I eat a lot of carbs and I drink a lot of coffee. For Supper: salad and protein, usually fish and chicken.
1 Item I avoid most: Alcohol.

I do 32oz of coffee in less than two hours at the start of the shift
2oz of sugar

I do the amaretto in milk after work

boiled chicken sandwich with mayo
and salt
too much salt

Basically, no big meals, not much dairy, little greasy and fried foods, no wine, and the true heartbreaker is no more chocolate milk. I also have to deal with bouts of intense sugar cravings, or having a unsatiable appitite, or none at all.
After the restrictions, Im not too picky as long as I can handle the taste and texture (most people think Im picky, but I dont like gagging and puking).

You're one lean turkey...

Or maybe extra lean... we're pear-shaped over here. Prolly cause of the carbs.

My breakfast is an 8 ounce glass of a V-8-type juice (different brand however).

My brunch is a bowl of soup, usually homemade and vegetarian.

My espresso break in the early afternoon I have one cookie.

For dinner we have a regular meal but at least half the time it's vegetarian.

Late snack, a piece of toast with peanut butter or a small small handful of nuts or a small bowl of low-fat cottage cheese.

I'm 74, and I walk 2-3 miles per day at roughly 3 mph.

I have mixed feelings about tilapia fish

I've seen how the fish farms produce them
doesn't look good
