Fast or slow, no sweat here. I just eat normally. Food really doesn’t make me toasty warm though. The only thing that does that is a heater. Food might warm me up or cool me down short term but nothing that lasts

I have a very good recipe for Cajun gumbo, but all of the jambalaya recipes that I can know of are Creole. Do you have a Cajun one?

Kale.
We call it "Grünkohl" (green cabbage) and it tastes best after a long walk in the cold ("Kohlfahrt").

And Kohlfahrts are why consumers of kale are not very popular.
