again the idea is reinforced of the resurrection of the spirit at John 5:28-29No.. that isn't the "born-again" experience. When one gives their life to Jesus Christ - we become the Temple of the Holy Spirit - a new creation:
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 [Full Chapter]
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
Notice: present tense not future.
this is idolatry; which the bible doesn't promote. again a delusion of limit as the way is through a man named jesus. god is not a man, nor son of man. god is not limited to such a thing created/destroyed. you cannot kill god. you can delude yourself in ignoring it but that again is delusional. to believe and to serve is to serve love(god) not a man.
we are called to honor both the creator and the created, that doesn't make one son of god exclusive and the others ignored. psalms 46:10 says to exalt god in the earth. diverse measures and diverse weights are an abomination to the lord. psalm
John 5:41-John 5:43“I do not receive honor from men. But I know you, that you do not have the love of God in you. I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive.
the service is through love; which is the Spirit resurrected from sleep, forgetfulness. the first death is the spirit becoming imprisoned in the flesh, birth of the flesh. the second death has no power over those who have been resurrected, birth of the spirit from flesh..
