Dont worry about it; I looked it up.

I just really want to read the answers moreso than talk since I honestly dont know about heaven to take a side (hence why its not in debates)

Do Jews and Muslims believe in heaven?
If so, how would you describe it.

Christians-which means protestant, catholic, JW, and LDS, etc- (Jews and Muslims)

In your opinion: What is a heaven?

If you quote scriptures please please please add commentary to it.

I will try to discuss but I cant quote heaven verses. Other topics I can without needing to internet search, but Im all at the mercy of google when it comes to heaven.

In detail, what do you think heaven is to you?

What is the nature of the god you would meet in heaven (if that is true of your religion)?

Will or if you become one with god, what does that mean? Like a trinity one?

I was reading about whether we see our loved ones even our dogs! Do you mean actually see them walking around?

If you have metaphysics words like realms, please describe what these mean in layman terms.

Dont worry; I looked already. I really just want to read the discussion. I was thinking of putting this in question and answers but

    Eh.

I've long felt that Heaven was a state of mind. Sometimes in the moment I feel like I'm in Heaven, sometimes it feels like hell.

Surprisingly I found a article that shows Catholics seeing Heaven in a similar view...

Recently, in our parish Bible study class, the leader stated that heaven is not a place but is in our minds, and he quoted sections 2794–2796 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church as a source for this opinion.

Nice. Very clearly written. I noticed a lot of religions use "from within" regardless of how one gets to that point. Do you see the within-you a universal thing just people have different names to describe it or would you consider heaven more of a christian concept?

While I suspect this idea is what some of the religious leader were trying to get to, and I think the NT make more sense from this view, but you'd think Jesus could have been a little bit clearer about this, if it were the case.

Also, regardless of how universal I might think an idea is, there's plenty of folks who'd disagree. People be wanting to go someplace uh.. "pleasant" when they die to receive their just rewards for their faith.

I don't know about that but I do think we can achieve a state of conscious bliss here, right now in this life. That seems heaven enough to me. More or less a state of love, unity and compassion anyone should be capable of experiencing for themselves.

It is the final state of being, when the soul (and consciousness itself) returns to where it came from and reunites with the universe (and/or beyond). It's not a place, for the idea of place itself is a tiny segmentation of the universe.

I always wonder if its just me or that I wasnt raised in metaphysic language (bliss, heaven, and so forth) but I feel similarly about heaven in this life. I dont believe in an afterlife. After couple of events happned and just thinking, I feel thats it. We die. So, yes; heaven is here now.

I do wonder how heaven is defined from an external point of view.

I really like the use of the terms "peculiar sleep" to describe the state of heaven. A little C.H. Spurgeon now and then is relished by the wisest men.

"That holy calm, that sweet repose,
Which none but he who feels it knows.
This heavenly calm within the breast
Is the dear pledge of glorious rest,
Which for the church of God remains,
The end of cares, the end of pains."

Christian tradition has heaven as a place that is as good as one can imagine. That's a theological teaching not a Biblical teaching. According to the Bible there are the physical heavens, this is the earth's atmosphere, the sky, where the birds fly, lightning flashes, clouds float and the winds blow. It's outer space where the sun, moon, stars and constellations are. This is sometimes called “Midheaven“ and “The extremities of heavens.“ Babylon attacked “from the extremity of the heavens“ meaning, from the horizon. The term “heavens of the Heavens“ applies to the highest of the physical heavens.

Then there are the spiritual heavens. This is where Jehovah resides along with the spirit creatures. The spiritual heavens were created for the spirit being to live. The Earth was created for mankind, so the spiritual heavens wouldn't be a place which man could inhabit. Only 144,000 will go to heaven in spirit form to rule with Christ as princes.

The kingdom of heaven signifies Jehovah's kingdom, in heaven and later on earth. A new heavens and earth signify that Satan, his rebellious demons, death, destruction, sin, sickness, death will be no more, and in this sense the heavens and earth will be renewed. The meek will inherit, not heaven, but Earth. Though at that time Jehovah's kingdom will extend to the Earth as well as heaven.
