What does 1 Corinthians 13:5 "become provoked" mean please?

Why are you not suppose to be here?
Maybe love can not be provoked means that one will not be loved by provoking another to love them?
Just a thought...
It has been awhile since I've been on....a break is need sometimes.
How have you been?

Hi! I have been away too. I am OK.
You are saying love cannot be made to love. But that is wrong. The creation being in God's image was made to love.

I still think it means love does not provoke.

A wife who spends all her husband's hard earned money on shoes and clothes provokes her husband to anger as it should be.
A husband who spends his money on drinks and gambling provokes his wife to anger as it should be.

In each scenario who is not loving the other? The Bible says it is the one getting angry who does not love the other. But that is incorrect.
