I agree, Heyo; Admirable, and I especially admire the JW's steadfastness and determination to adhere to their professed values, whatever the cost.
I also like the collectivist Hutterites' working communism, and the Jains' respect for life.

A religion is a belief or set of beliefs that manifests an ethic in it's adherents. These need not be dictated by a divine lawgiver. They may be perceived as inherent in nature, or evidenced by research, or socially beneficial, or simply appealing to conscience.Then what are they based upon?

How do you KNOW that is the truth, or do you just BELIEVE it?
