What did "Let there be light!" actually do?

light came to existence of it's own freewill

I don't believe substance has ANY will of it's own
Why do you think those are the only two options? I agree that light does not have free will, but there are countless other explanations for where light can come from without having free will of its own.

Can you answer my question, or are you unable to? Why do you think there are only two options ... either God did it, or material has free will?
