Victories!!!

I thought it would be good of us to have a thread to focus on the current victories and steps forward that feminism has accomplished or helped to accomplish. I feel this will give us an opportunity to celebrate our progress as well as providing inspiration for those moments when we may feel like we're losing it.

I'll start off with the notice that as of today gay marriage can officially resume in california:

Great news! Wendy Davis's filibuster of the anti-abortion legislation in Texas was awfully impressive, and thus far it looks like she is winning.
