According to believers only the vessel(body) goes underground. The soul goes elsewhere to heaven or hell. Where are they?

Death and hell are cast in the Lake of Fire.
So death and hell are distinct from the final Lake of Fire

After looking at the translation given in the Easy-to-Read Version I don't see why not.Is Proverbs 15:24 and Isaiah 14:9.Talking about the same hell?In the king james version of the bible?

Proverbs 15:24 English Standard Version (ESV) The path of life leads upward for the prudent, that he may turn away from Sheol beneath.
Isaiah 14:9 English Standard Version (ESV) Sheol beneath is stirred up to meet you when you come; it rouses the shades to greet you, all who were leaders of the earth; it raises from their thrones all who were kings of the nations.
What is termed Hell in the KJV Bible is the Jewish Sheol which meant a place where the dead went which was the underworld. It was similar to the Greek belief in Hades.
