Bear in a supermarket with no maple syrup is worse than the proverbial bull meets china incident.
There is a good chance that I'll get it after October.
Then I won't get to use it til 2023.

I've discovered that really nasty cheap whiskey
(eg, Canada House) benefits from adding a wee
bit'o maple syrup. It replaces the hideous medicinal
taste with a hint of sweetness.
We have creme de cassis for that.
If makes cheap vinager into a palatable, fruity wine and has the bonus of being 15% proof
