It was amazing/amusing to me that spiritual philosophy is taught by this children's song - perhaps Buddhist but also Hindu and others - 'life is but a dream'.
I forget which anti-depressant it was, but it was giving very, EXTREMELY, vivid dreams to the point I would have to stop and think for a moment if something happened in a dream or in real life. And while this is going on, I was playing Final Fantasy X, which deals heavily in this idea that life is a dream.
By the time I quit taking whatever it was, I found myself adopting the mentality that life is but a dream, and asking what is the difference between the ending of this life and the lives of us that end every night?
