I don't know about that, there was some uncivil things said about California.
I like California. If there were not so many people, I would like it better. Just the crowding, I suppose. Not that I have anything against people. Well, not all of them.

My wife is from there so for the sake of happiness I have to like it. I agree with the too many people but there are some nice places, I loved Big Sur and also the area around Occidental.

I have seen a bit of it, but not those places. I would like to see more of it. I would really like to visit northern California.

Your wife is lucky to have someone so thoughtful.

Alas, your particular benefit wouldn't be available to me...unless
I bought a house when I lived there in the mid 70s. But I didn't.
