The ISS shows how successful and productive cooperation among Europe, Asia, Russia, America...and what do they do?
They are not able to solve an international issue.

Now I am 100% sure there is a Deep State that hates peace and does anything to bring us war.

No, China is not part of ISS, and they have their own station AFAIK.
There won't be a problem with evacuating the current crew, but the future is at risk.
