No, it's not the Satan's fault it's our fault if we did something bad or evil, for it is we who let him overcome us by listening to his wicked whispers and temptations.

Personally, I take great pains to ensure that Satan is not in my kitchen cooking breakfast, but I guess if you are comfortable with the idea then more power to you.:D
