They always talk about rights. But I wonder about responsibilities. If a pregnant woman dies as a result of the pregnancy, could the fetus be charged with murder, or manslaughter? Would it be tried as an adult?

There just needs to be an all around definition of when a fetus is to be regarded as a human where the protection starts.

Also it's just a meeting. Not proactive legislation. Let us know when that actually happens.
