"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

I have been mailing letters and packages for 65 years and they have all reached their destinations. Thanks to the efficiency of US and privately owned Postal services.

I've had delayed letters too, some as long as a month, but they finally got there in the end.

He doesn't look like he enjoys his work, or maybe he is just constipated.

Maybe the reason those two packages got lost was your fault, wrong address, typo.

There is going to be a natural rate of error in any sort of large scale logistics.
