Geeze Louise....that's what my (now dead) mother-in-law would do.
I can picture her now......parked at the freeway entrance, barely able
to see over the dash of her green Chrysler, muttering in Chinese.
She lived near DC.
Anyway, I've driven a lot in MN, & found drivers there better than average.

Yeah, Chicago. I usually drive down to Racine then take Metra to downtown and catch a taxi to the aquarium or the museums.

I usually drive thru it as quickly as possible in the middle of the nite.
Once I get into cheese country, then I'm OK.

Edit:
Getting an EZ Pass so I can zip thru toll booths has made it better.
If you live in the area, you're prolly more familiar with the IPass transponder.
