Slow Cooker Recipes (Vegetarian)

So I bought a slow cooker at a local department store today, mainly because of my need to cook flavor into my the fake meat (seitan, Good Earth 'chicken,' tofu, etc.) I buy.

I've been cooking 'fake chicken' (Good Earth) tikka masala (sauce by Patak, Tikka Masala, one jar mild curry simmer sauce, one jar spicy curry simmer sauce) since noon, and my apartment smells amazing to the point I'm considering exchanging my usual sandalwood incense fragrance for this.

What vegetarian slow cooker recipes would you like to share?

I like to throw a can of diced tomatoes with chilis, some kidney beans, some chopped onions and peppers, corn, and any other vegetable I have on hand with whatever hot sauce I have on hand into a slow cooker for an easy chili.
