This is correct translation. Videos of Islamic Scholars on this are available on Youtube. This verse is related to women owned or captured during jihaad from non muslims, here in this verse Allah says that muslims can not marry more than four (they must divorce one of the four to further marry) but they can make sexual relationship with the slaves (left hand posses).

The emancipation of slaves was one of the goals achieved by Islam...
This was achieved by many laws that resulted in the end of slavery..
Read this in the Quran:
If it's not for Islam, large proportion of humans today will still be slaves.
Slaves where among the first to embrace Islam...
The first Caller for Prayer in Islam was a slave from Africa...
The Quran is full with verses calling for freeing of slaves.

Nowadays there is no need to spend money all the time for possessing few girls as there are many prostitutes to offer it for men against a few Dollars and i think prostitution is allowed in India.
In India, prostitution (the exchange of sexual services for money) is legal

O Prophet, indeed We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due compensation and those your right hand possesses from what Allah has returned to you (quran 33/50)
Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed (quran 23/6)
And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.(Quran 24:32)
And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. And whoever kills a believer by mistake - then the freeing of a believing slave and a compensation payment presented to the deceased's family [is required] unless they give [up their right as] charity. (Quran 4:92)

I doubt that you understood the last verse that you quoted.
It is one of the means by which Islam has emancipated slaves.
Do you think that Islam should have told people 'all slaves are free starting from today'?

I know muslims will present such claims. By the way why don't you study conditions of women in Islamic countries like Pakistan, Somaliya, Afghanistan. India have more muslims than Pakistan+Bagladesh. More than 28 crore and they are also involved in crimes. The place with more muslim population top in crime. So now I must clear your doubt. This verse says that free a believer slave if you kill any believer by mistake. This shows slavery in Islam.

Why don't you answer my question, why allah allows slavery of women. If their is slavery or poverty in India, we will work to solve it out. But what about Quran?? Will Muslims remove all such verses??

We don't have women slavery in muslims countries,so solve the slavery in India instead of your worries about the coming slavery in the Islamic countries.
Try to see the causes of prostitution in India,maybe the quranic verses is one.
