The question misses the point. Science is not about producing theories that somehow turn into fact. Theories are explanations, based on fact. What you want are theories from which reliable predictions of fact can be obtained. Not theories that somehow magically turn into facts.

The only one I can think is, if your wife asks if her behind looks big in her new dress, never ever think of being honest. It is a 100% proven FACT, she does not want a honest answer. ALL scientists and creationists agree upon this.

so what has science proved
Fundamentally & strictly speaking, natural science proves nothing.
Theories & claims of fact can be disproven, but not proven because
everything stands ready to be replaced by a better theory or fact.
Falsifiability - Wikipedia
(Some theories & facts are more durable than others, of course.)
So instead of being "proven", theories are at best "useful".
This means they make testable predictions which have been
verified, eg, the general theory of relativity.

As the statistician, George Box said (paraphrasing),
All theories are wrong, but some are useful.

That's true and there are planets in the Universe that defy what we know, leaving Scientists scratching their heads:

Planet found that defies the laws of physics
It's an exciting title, but the article doesn't actually show any laws of physics being
violated....just bizarre & unexpected planets. But then, we've only recently discovered
planets outside our solar system, so naturally there will be types we've never seen.
I think it's endlessly wonderful & fascinating!

so the theory of gravity proves gravity is a fact
Gravity (the observed effect) is a fact.
The theory of gravity (currently general relativity) is not a fact.
It's just the best explanation & description of it that we have
at the moment.

so facts dont exist according to science
interesting
Facts exist, but they're provisional.
Example:
We know what the speed of light in a vacuum is.
But some have speculated that this speed has
changed during the history of the universe.
Maybe it has...maybe it hasn't, but it's possible.
Until shown otherwise for some conditions, I'll
continue to rely upon the fact that it's about
186,000 miles per second.

could i say its a fact right now that science will never have the right tool to gather evidence to support the infinite universe exists
You could say that.
But I wouldn't....it's too far above my pay grade to know such a thing.

so the theory of gravity proves gravity is a fact
No. The theories of gravity show why gravity is a fact. Proving is not a part of science, unless the proof is in the form of either a logical or mathematical statement.

so facts dont exist according to science
interesting
Incorrect. Facts do exist.

oh i get it
ex. gravity is a fact right now
Yup.

could i say its a fact right now that science will never have the right tool to gather evidence to support the infinite universe exists
You can say it, but it isn't a fact.

na i guess i could only say its a possibility science could gather evidence to support the infinate universe being real
There you go!
