Saving Baby Frenchmen...& Frenchwomen

I'm skimming off the duckweed & other surface
dwelling plants in me pond. But I keep catching
hug polywogs / tadpoles. So I cull them from the
green mass of plants, & toss'm back in the pond.

They behave interestingly....some wriggle in the
net, but most act lifeless. When I grab them,
then they thrash about. Defense mechanism, eh.

Oh, the title is for @ChristineM. I've not annoyed
her (that I know of) in a couple days. I don't want
her to think I've been ignoring her out of anger.
