Did you not know that all mostly Islamic countries are at the forefront as to ensuring female rights - as dictated by males (or their Representative). 
Are you referring to the curious irony of the appointment or the laughable irony of you indirectly acknowledging the credibility of Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch?
In either event, I found Women's rights in Saudi Arabia useful.
