Question about the snake in Eden

Indeed there is a risk of unintended pregnancy when people have sex. Should this happen .. one needs take responsibility for the consequences of sex .. and abort the process prior to a human being created. .. so . as soon as possible .. right after the condom breaks .. go and get an abortion pill ..
Then that is preventing a life from existing which was the discussion.

A minute after conception to a minute before birth is the same result. Doesn’t matter at what point it is ended.

A life is not being prevented from existing -- the life of a zygote exists .. what is being prevented is the creation of a human .. which is no problem .. happening every day million times over .. every time a woman rejects the advance of some stud in heat .. every time a woman has her period .. that is a human that could have existed .. as you say .. no matter what point along the path of human creation . from the twinkle in daddy's eye when looking at mommies backside .. and every point in between.

a very weak and failed argument and a horrible justification for law..

But the process hasn’t begun in any of those examples.

That is the difference.

Will a twinkle in a guys eye alone ever create a human?

No

Will it happen when a sperm fertilizes an egg?

Yes

Of course the process of human creation has begun .. life is a continuum .. without any of the steps .. a human will not be created .. sperm .. egg zygote .. all steps in a process . the interruption of any will prevent a human from being created.

The potential argument is not a good one.. you are trying to claim that there is value in something that does not exist .. and that may never exist .. and then in a more absurd twist .. want to make law on the basis of what might be (assuming it is neccessarily a good thing) .. law forcing women to do everything in their power to have as many babies as humanly possible .. because every sperm is sacred .. and needs to find a home... the moral and legal duty of all women to provide that home. Dystopian Hand-maids tale on steroids.

Its completely wonky justification for law .. completely void of respect for the founding principle .. the essential liberty of others .. and the teachings of Jesus and of the constitutional republic.

and none of the steps alone creates a baby ? .. more dystopian wonky.
