Prabhat Samgiita

Namaste forum,

once again I am asking for information about a song. It seems to be in Bengali and an excerpt from the Prabhat Samgiita. On youtube it ends in harinama so I assume it's a bhajan. The title is Hiyaro Viinay and I figured out that "viinay" seems to mean "meek". Any further information is much appreciated.

Prabhat Samgita literally means morning (devotional) music. But 'Hiyaro Vinay' is a mix brought out by followers of Ananda Marga and Prabhat Ranjan Sarcar. It was a destructive cult in India. They now have branches in US and other countries. A few Wikipedia links if you want details:
