Yes it's hard to be strong when the shock is so great and you realize the most prescious person in you life
was almost gone.
He's getting much better emotionally and coping far better than I.
I don't show him my fear, only trying to be a strong, loving father.
I DO understand your feelings, believe me.

Let go of the fear. It will paralyze you and keep you in the past. You have all good things to look forward to. Like dancing with your daughter-in-law at their wedding, and your grandchildren.

Yea I know, but I do have concern for others when they ask for prayer, when all the time they must help themselves, the OP said he was 200 pound, and thought that was a lot for a 15 year old.

Ahh, he's 6'1" and 200 but did drop 10 and is adjusting well to his strick diet.
