Since the advent of Second Coming-the Promised Messiah has already taken place, I understand, so the $100 Billion Fund is to be given to Ahmadiyya Jamaat. Right. please?

No. It belongs to them, to be paid upon the alleged return of their messiah.
Why would it belong to a religion they don't accept as valid?
Why do so many Christians and Muslims assume everything is theirs for the taking? I get it's a common thing, to believe we all are by default, believe the entire world is theirs, all other animals dominate, forcing their ways on others by force through legislation to make a state theirs or just take it by the sword.
So what makes you think this group is entitled to this money? Because they aren't.

The Second Coming has taken place, so the money should be morally paid to the Ahmadiyya, please. They can debate the issue with Ahmadiyya.
The Second Coming 1835-1908 said categorically:
"O mankind! hearken, this is the prophecy of God Who made the Heavens and the Earth. He will spread this Movement in all the countries and will give it supremacy over all through reason and arguments. Remember, no one will descend from heaven. All our opponents who are living at present will die and not one of them will see Jesus, son of Mary, descend from the sky and then their children who survive them will also pass away and none of them will see Jesus, son of Mary, coming down from the heaven. Generations of their posterity will also perish and they too will not see the son of Mary descending from heaven. Then God will create restlessness in their hearts; that the day of the glory of the Cross had passed away and the world had taken another turn but Jesus, son of Mary, had still not come down from the sky. Then all the wise people will discard this belief and the third century from today will not have completed when all those who had been waiting for Jesus, both Muslims and Christians will despair of his coming and entertaining misgivings shall give up their belief and there will be only one Faith in the world and one preceptor. I came only to sow the seed. That seed has been sown by my hands. It will now grow and blossom forth and none dare retard its growth."

No. It does not belong to them, this group and their messiah and their beliefs do not entitle anyone from that sect to the money that belongs to the Mormon Church.
It religious belief does matter, then all money belongs to me. So to cough it up and hand it over. My god says it rightfully belongs to all gingers (those with fair skinned and red hair).
As a mouth-breather, I'd just like to push back on the belief that we all follow tele-evangelists, or fall for scams. I'd post more, but I appear to be a distant relative of a Nigerian Prince who is having some small, short-term financial difficulties...
