Meditation and prayer for anxiety stress

Riders

Well-Known Member
I've had bad anxiety and stress the past 3 days. I used Zen meditation and a Zen Dharma class last couple of days and it helped me out its amazing.

But I don't believe my religion is the only one but prayer and meditation from all religions are good for anxiety. WOnder if anyone else has had experiences.

Litany against fear:
"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."

Thank you for your feedback! These are all very good ways, but I like to act differently. I'm taking modafinil. It helps to get rid of fatigue and anxiety. After taking modafinil here, I feel like I'm flying and feel a surge of energy. I advise you to do the same.
