Happy star wars day.

I didn't remember today was the day until late into the afternoon when the youngster came home from school complaining that it doesn't work in french... sigh

And now the church belle ring midnight and its over... Another sigh.

Star Wars:
Something I will always remember for greatness it was (including the direction, set building, and other creative things going on to make it). And, admittedly I did pretty much outgrow it and came to more appreciate the deeper subjects of Star Trek, Star Wars will always be something special. Up to a point.
What Disney did to Star Wars I basically see as a rough approximation of when Quan Chi saw to it that Scorpion and Sub Zero were killed to reanimate them as wraiths under his control.
