Of course, I can't challenge that in this section but it really goes without saying that Catholics are free to believe or not, but that's not really what we're talking about here.
At any rate, I've read enough about this to stay away for now and it is certainly more than just inconclusive, it's gaining traction in the direction of eventually declining its legitimacy.
