Democrats are pushing for a woman's right to choose when it comes to her own medical care. Yes, that can result in more abortions. It can also result in fewer deaths in childbirth, and also fewer orphans.

My own preference is that children are taught sensibly -- and without fear or inculcation of disgust -- about their bodies and sex. That will prevent future abortions.

But yes, Republicans prefer freedom to the agonizing deaths of the elderly or health compromised -- even over such trivialities as wearing a mask in situations where it is sensible to do so.

I am willing to be dollars to donuts that no Republican who hates mask mandates would want the open-heart surgeon who announces, "we don't use masks or gloves." I know I would be immediately on the hunt for a smarter surgeon.

Define "lots of". The problem is that far more unvaccinated have died and continue to die from the virus.

The vaccines work. They are not perfect. I would like them to be perfect, but that some people still get sick does not man that they do not work. It can be statistically shown that they do not get sick. Or sick as other either.

What is rather amazing is that this as been explained to you hundreds of times with sources and you still do not understand.
