If he can't control himself in court he could face removal, and a contempt charge. That would mean sitting in a cell. The hammer definitely falls harder and more quickly on those who aren't wealthy. The law has a tendency to drag it's feet when dealing with the rich though, and they tend to be more lenient when sentencing. Not only that but actually prosecuting rich people may take a few offenses first before something is actually done about it

So far government lawyers have been no match for Trump's high priced free market lawyers. The Government lawyers have resources, but they keep getting schooled in law.

Picture if Trump was to win, the precedent is being set for him to have Hillary, Obama and Biden in the same pickle. They can have their trials in Florida where Democrats are switching Party. This is the can of worms the Democrat swamp has come down to, since they know they cannot win in a fair election. Many of their cheats, used in 2020, are no longer as easy to do. It will be hard to censor free speech, again.

My guess is this trial, will have to be moved, due to the inability to get an objective jury who is not aware of Trump and all the fake news propaganda in NY; the well of fair justice has been poisoned. If Trump's lawyers could find a jury, that is equally divided, his better lawyers will win, easily.

Either way this is making Trump more emphatic to minorities, who have a history of being railroaded by Democrat Courts in Democrat run cities. The way the Democrats respond to the illegal immigrants; screw the US poor and minorities by diverting resources, reinforces how they really feel about US minority citizens. The Democrats need to accept defeat and not cross the line.
