Why do we suffer if God is Good and loves his people? The Book of Job has the answers. WHy don't you read it and see if you can find the answer.
It is easy to attempt to explain why humans suffer, but can you explain why animals must suffer? According to Christian theology, they do not possess immortal souls that will be judged, so Yahweh is certainly not allowing them to suffer as a means of testing their spirits. Also, no animals have taken part of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, so it seems unfair that they would share in the curses that Yahweh struck upon mankind in the Garden of Eden.

Ah, yes. However, linwood, Jesus did do miracles for more than just the Jews. What about the Roman centurion's slave? And as the gospel of John states, the miracles recorded are only a few out of the myriads he actually did. I am sure he performed many for non-Jews.
