Is the left hand the right hand?

Well, in the traditional sense, "right" is majority and the left are those who deviate from the majority. So no, left hand path is not the right.

When it comes to politics and economic theory there are contradictions. The left-wing spectrum such as socialism; we are all equal, nobody has anything more than anybody else and the ruling class of government decides the distribution of all wealth = right-hand path politics and economics, and approach to life. The right-wing spectrum such as capitalism is more realistic and brutal, the sink or swim approach to the free market and wealth. We are all individuals; no one person is equal to another, and success and wealth is individually determined for the most part by how hard the individual is willing to work toward their own success, wealth, and absolute potential = left-hand path politics and economics, and approach to Life.

I have no particular attachment to the term "Left Hand Path". It's kind of a weird label that doesn't have a strong meaning.

Unless you know what it means.

The concept behind it is that most people are right handed, therefore, left handed people are in the minority.

Which certainly isn't this. Where the heck did you get that from?

It's the same thing as "alternative religion", which is really an even worse term as it reduces Satanism to a fad.

I used to be obsessed with being "left" with everything, deviating from the norm, but I've realized that I don't have to call myself left hand path and adhere to a left wing political philosophy.

Those two things have literally nothing to do with each other.
